At Satya Support, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Refund Policy

Important Notice:

Due to the nature of our services involving professional consultancy, documentation, and government processing, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below. Once work has commenced and documents have been submitted to authorities, refunds may not be possible.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. We invest significant time, expertise, and resources in delivering our services, and many costs are incurred upfront.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

Company Registration Services

  • Before Name Approval: 75% refund of professional fees (excluding government fees)
  • After Name Approval: 50% refund of professional fees if you cancel before document submission
  • After Document Submission: No refund, as work has been completed and submitted to authorities
  • Government Fees: Non-refundable once paid to MCA/ROC
  • Rejection by Authorities: If rejected due to incomplete/incorrect information provided by you, no refund
  • Rejection due to Our Error: Full refund of professional fees or free resubmission

Funding & Loan Assistance

  • Before Application Submission: 60% refund of professional fees
  • After Application Submission: No refund, as work has been completed
  • Application Rejection: No refund if rejection is due to eligibility issues or financial institution's decision
  • Our Error: If rejection is due to errors in our documentation or guidance, 50% refund
  • Bank/Financial Institution Fees: Non-refundable processing fees paid to third parties

Certification Services (MSME, ISO, FSSAI, etc.)

  • Before Documentation: 70% refund of professional fees
  • After Application Submission: No refund
  • Certification Fees: Non-refundable fees paid to certification bodies
  • Audit Fees: Non-refundable once audit is scheduled
  • Rejection: No refund if rejection is due to non-compliance or inadequate facilities

Tax Compliance & Filing Services

  • Monthly/Quarterly Packages: Pro-rata refund for unused months if cancelled 15 days before next billing cycle
  • Annual Packages: No refund after 3 months of service commencement
  • GST Filing: No refund once return is filed
  • ITR Filing: No refund after filing is completed
  • Late Filing Penalties: Not refundable if penalties occur due to client's delayed information

Legal Consultation Services

  • Consultation Fees: Non-refundable once consultation is provided
  • Agreement Drafting: 50% refund if cancelled before first draft delivery
  • After Draft Delivery: No refund
  • Litigation Support: Refunds subject to case-by-case evaluation and work completed

3. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service:

  • Written notice must be provided via email to info@satyasupport.co.in
  • Cancellation request should include service details and reason for cancellation
  • Refunds will be processed based on the stage of service completion
  • Refund processing time: 7-14 business days from approval
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted from refund amount

Satya Support-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel or suspend services if:

  • Client fails to provide required documents or information despite repeated requests
  • Client provides false or fraudulent information
  • Service becomes legally or practically unfeasible
  • Payment obligations are not met

In such cases, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering work completed and expenses incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Government Fees: Fees paid to MCA, ROC, GST authorities, or any government body
  • Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to banks, financial institutions, certification bodies, or external agencies
  • Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations already provided
  • Document Verification Charges: Costs incurred for document verification services
  • Stamp Duty and Legal Fees: Statutory fees and stamp duty paid
  • Courier and Logistics Charges: Costs for document delivery and logistics

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit Written Request: Email your refund request to info@satyasupport.co.in with:
    • Service details and invoice number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Supporting documents (if applicable)
  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  3. Approval/Rejection: You will be notified of the decision via email
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
  5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account

6. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with our website or payment processing that prevent you from receiving services, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a full refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our services due to quality concerns or unmet expectations, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery. We will investigate and may offer:

  • Revision or correction of work at no additional cost
  • Partial refund based on the nature of the issue
  • Additional support or consultation

Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 7-14 business days.

Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service without valid reason, you are entitled to a full refund of professional fees paid.

7. Modifications and Amendments

Refund terms may be customized for specific services or packages. Any such modifications will be clearly communicated in the service agreement or proposal. In case of conflict between this general policy and a service-specific agreement, the specific agreement shall prevail.

8. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

While we adhere to the refund terms outlined above, we reserve the right to make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances. Each case will be evaluated on its merits, and we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion in cases involving:

  • Medical emergencies or family crises
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Significant delays caused solely by our side
  • Other exceptional circumstances warranting consideration

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:

  • Requesting a review by senior management
  • Providing additional documentation or clarification
  • Participating in mediation or dispute resolution discussions

  • No Guarantee of Approval: Refunds do not imply guarantee of approval for government schemes or loans. Approvals depend on eligibility and authority decisions.
  • Read Service Agreement: Always review the specific service agreement for detailed refund terms before engagement.
  • Timely Information: Delays in providing information may affect your eligibility for refunds.
  • Communication: Keep all communication records for refund processing.

11. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For ongoing services, the refund policy in effect at the time of payment will apply.
